If you're not sure whether your piece of furniture is too big, too heavy, or too bulky to transport in one piece, ask yourself a few questions. Does the piece of furniture fit through all doors, corridors and corridors? Are there tight corners and stairwells that need to be overcome? Is the object heavier than 80 kg? If you do the dismantling and assembly yourself, please make sure that all furniture has already been dismantled when our partner arrives at your door.
In order to provide you with a stress-free and cost-effective move, we plan our capacities so that you get the best possible price. If you want to transport more than you ordered on the moving day, this can sometimes be possible. However, this will incur additional costs, which may be higher than a previous order change. We therefore ask you to check your order after booking and inform us of any possible changes in good time.
Together with our partner, please fill out the performance report on the day of moving and sign it. The service report is used to document the services provided by our partner and to record any previous damage and new damage that has arisen. The performance record is an important document as it serves as proof and ensures your protection.

No-stop zones help ensure a comfortable and smooth process of your move. In some places, parking without a no-stop zone is even possible. If no stopping zone has been applied for, you must provide a parking space for our partner during the move.
The stop signs are usually set up about two days before you move
If you want to add a no-stop zone, we need at least 14 days in advance. Therefore, please let us know in good time before moving if you would like a no-stop zone. Once booked, no-stop zones cannot be canceled.
Yes, it is possible to change the moving date after conclusion of the contract, provided that the new date is at least 14 days after the date of the change. If the moving date is less than 14 days away, it can unfortunately no longer be changed.
A cancellation fee of 20% of the agreed remuneration is due for canceling your order if you do so at least 14 days before the agreed moving date. If you cancel your order later than 14 days, but at least 8 days before the agreed moving date, a cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed remuneration is due. If you cancel your order later than 8 days before the agreed moving date, a cancellation fee of 100% of the agreed remuneration is due.
Transporo is only liable for intentional damage or damage caused by gross negligence. However, only if Transporo does not prove that all due care under the circumstances has been taken to prevent damage of this kind or that the damage would have occurred even if this care had been taken.
Transporo's liability for damage or destruction of the removal goods is limited to the value of the items concerned, the current value of which is decisive. If the item is still usable, Transporo's liability is limited in any case to the costs of any possible repair or compensation for loss of value, excluding any compensation.
Any liability of Transporo due to damage caused by delay is limited to the amount of the removal price.
Overall and irrespective of the legal basis, any liability of Transporo is limited to EUR 25,000.
Transporo offers customers optional removal insurance. As a result, the customer's movable property is largely insured at their original value. The insurance sum is EUR 250,000.-
No, the optional removal insurance must be selected when completing the booking. It is not possible to add it later.
After the move, the complaint must always be made in text form and clearly describe the damage or services not provided. Take advantage of this opportunity and record the damage on the proof of performance as early as the day you move.
The following deadlines apply for reporting damage from delivery:
Externally visible damage: 1 day
Externally undetectable damage: 3 days
You will receive an invoice for your move via email, which will be sent to the address you used to request a quote or make your booking. If you can't find your bill anymore, don't hesitate to contact customer service. We will be happy to send you a copy of the invoice.
If you need to submit a declaration of reimbursement from your employer, health insurance or an authority after booking, our customer service will be happy to change the invoice recipient for your order.
